Turn-of-the-Century photograph of the last surviving three decker house in central Leeds, one of the merchants' 'little mansions' when it was built in about 1600; the yard just south of the Regent Court faults in Lower Briggate. William Lambert, who died in 1919 aged 92, was born in the house, where his father was a grocer and tea dealer.
