There are many shops including Trinity Press Printers, The Direct Raincoat Co., Finleys tobacconists, Singers Sewing Machine shop, Tobacco Services and an Auction room. There is a large Tetley advert above the street and on the large chimney in the centre there is a Yorkshire Relish advert. There are several cars parked on the side of the road and people walking on the pavements.
