Vicar Lane
28th September 1937.A fairly busy Vicar Lane in 1930s. To the fore are the premises of Haiste and Sons, Hatters and Hosiers, next door to them are Sillers (prams) and after the junction with King Edward Street is a branch of the Fifty Shilling Tailors. There are a number of people in the street, a car is turning out of King Edward Street and a belisha beacon is to the right of the scene.
