2nd June 1938. Photograph of the beginning of the housing development on Weetwood Grange Estate. The mapping out of Wynford Avenue can be seen by the laying of edging stones and the recent clearance of trees although many remain.

This is looking up WYNFORD GROVE from Wynford Avenue The Picture would have been taken about 1936 / 1937 The cost of the house's was eight hundred pounds ! If they had a french window put in the cost was 1000 pounds.
