8th March 1902 Showing the interior of Wheat Sheaf Yard, which is surrounded by 2-storey, brick-built premises. The ones on the right are painted white. This building is possibly the rear of a public house as there are a number of barrels discarded outside. There is a four-wheeled cart on the right. There are a number of men in the photograph, some smartly dressed. The entrance to the yard is visible on the left which is via an arched passage.
