Stone built properties in an area of Newlay known as New Leeds. Part of number 10 can be seen on the left, obscured by fencing and a hedge. Number 9 follows to the right. Above the porch, a filled in doorway, possibly a loading bay is visible. These houses are in close vicinity to the Leeds and Liverpool Canal and may once have been used for commercial purposes.
