6th April 1964 Image shows a view of the gable end and rear of a row of through-by-light terraced houses on New Church Place. The grassed area surrounded by a wall and railings belongs to St Mary's Church on St Mary's Street.

My great great great grandfather lived lower down this street at no 16 He was William Thomas born Leeds 1803 In the 1881 census he is listed as a dyer living with his son James a boot maker William married at leeds parish church in april 1822
