Ward's Fold runs from the left edge to the right edge with Linsley Fold running along the side. This property is no.7 Ward's Fold which had at one time been the White Swan Inn. This public house dated from at least the 1890s and closed in the 1940s. The chimney visible towards the right is likely to be part of some maltings used in the brewing of beer.
