27th July 1927 Her Royal Highness, Princess Mary on her arrival at Headingley Cricket Ground to attend the childrens Palace Garden Party. Sir Edwin Airey of the building firm William Airey and Son Leeds Ltd. bows as he greets the Princess. The Lady Mayoress, Ella Lupton can be seen to the right of the Princess with her back to the camera. The cricket pavillion can be seen in the background.
