The Lord Mayor, Alderman Hugh Lupton attends the opening of Leeds Technical College Bakery Department Exhibition. A lavish spread is set out on the white tablecloth demonstrating a huge variety of baking techniques. There are cakes, large and small, pastries and pies, biscuits and slices all tastefully arranged and proudly displayed for the occasion.
