Undated Image shows the opening of the Yeadon New Waterworks, probably taken in the late nineteenth century by Ernest Ethelbert Slater, son of the local historian, Philemon Slater. The location is uncertain but thought to be at Hawksworth.

The building in the background is Reva House. This is off Goose Lane in Hawksworth which is to the eastern side of Reva Reservoir. The house is now white pebble-dashed, not brick. It was built in 1894 around the time the reservoir was built, so the photograph may be from that date.
