On the left edge of this view, number 41 Skinner Lane. This was a back-to-back house which faced away from the street. Moving right are the blind backs of numbers 13 - 9 Stamford Place with both odd and even numbers included in the sequence. Several billboards can also be seen advertising Besey lighters, Saxa Salt and Quality Street chocolates. A larger billboard reads 'Remember the wonders of Wool. Wool protects you from chills because it is absorbent'.
