Balmforth Ltd., Leather Manufacturer. In the background, Lovell Park Grange and Lovell Park Heights can be seen. They were part of the 1964 approved Camp Road Development and are 2 of 3 residential blocks built in 1967 on Lovell Park Hill to a height of 47 metres on 17 storeys. The high-rise flats had 297 units between them.
