Description:
8th March 1983 View of Number 4 Meanwood Road, E.B. Balmforth Ltd., Leather Manufacturer. The delapidated red brick external wall displays a billboard advertising cigarettes. Clay Pit Lane is in the foreground, and in the background, right, are Lovell Park Grange and Lovell Park Heights, built in 1967 to a height of 47 metres on 17 floors.
