Osmondthorpe Lane, looking north
21st January 1991. Colour photograph looking north along Osmondthorpe Lane showing the junction with Ings Road on the left. A petrol filling station can be seen beyond this with a removals and storage van parked at the side. The white building behind is Timmerdale's ice cream factory. Semi-detached housing is on the right of the picture and cars are parked by the side of the road.

This is Peters garage and removals. Still going but they no longer sell fuel or have the removal business. The ice cream factory is long gone. There is a small builders supplies yard there now. Beyond that is is a new large medical centre
