View of St. Oswald's Church built in the Norman and perpendicular styles. The clock was presented in 1907 by Col. Sir Robert Gunter, Bt, M.P. The church contains monumental tablets with Latin inscriptions dating from 1658 and dedicated to the Beilby and Micklethwaite families whose residence was the later named Wetherby Grange.
