Middleton Park
Undated. View of the back of buildings in Middleton Park which are now demolished. They were part of the row where the disused Middleton Cafe still stands. Originally, there were six cottages called 'Top of the Wood' thought to date from the early 1700s. They were built by the Brandling family to house mine workers. It is believed this building was used as a store by the park - keepers.
