View of Sherwood Green at the junction with Jarvis Walk. Work is in progress in the area as old prefabs, such as the light coloured, single storey building in the background, are being demolished and replaced by modern, brick built bungalows. The prefabs lasted many years longer than the 10 years post war predicted lifespan. They became well loved homes for many local people.
