Description: Undated.
Image shows the Old Star Inn at Leeds Road where it is reputed that Dick Turpin spent two nights. This image was taken before structural changes were made to the bar and restaurant. A stone veranda with four arches at the front was built onto the building on the left bringing it flush with the building on the right. The door of the section on the right was sealed up creating a window, while the area visible on the far right was opened up creating a large entrance and porch.
