View of Mrs. Nellie Mawson and her cart and mule with which she is seen delivering coal in 1890. She died on 7th September 1892, aged 78. Her mule was called 'Necromancer' after the Derby winner. Mrs. Mawson is soberly dressed in black, with ablack bonnet and white starched apron. The wall in the background belongs to North Deighton Manor which dates from the 17th Century.
