A great view looking back to Wortley, the long green patch on the right is Wortley Rec then right again the tower block's on Tong Road, in the center St Bartholomews Church can be seen on Westley Road, when I was a young painter working on roof tops I would always look out for St Bart's church as it was close to Wortley Athletic's home ground on Wortley Rec, my head was always in the clouds thinking about the Saturday's game.
