View showing the new Local Studies Library, on the second floor of of the Central Library, following a reorganisation in which Local Studies swapped places with the Business and Research Library at the other end of the floor. This was one of several changes made in this major reorganisation, with the Art and Music Libraries also swapping places and the fully restored Tiled Hall reopening shortly afterwards as a cafe and shop area.
