Description:
20th November 2007. View of Allerton Bywater Branch Library and Community Centre, situated on Vicars Terrace in the former Allerton Bywater Infants School and opened in 2004. One of few historical buidings in the village, it appeared to be condemned at one time but was rescued by English Partnerships and renovated as part of the multi-million pound Milllenium Village Project to regenerate the community.
