C1960s. View from the rear of the shop premises of J. & B. Butterfield. The shop, at number 11, Cross Hills, sold fish, fruit and vegetables. The Kippax West Riding County Library was adjacent, left, at number 13 Cross Hills. Other premises can be glimpsed in Cross Hills including Cross Hills Fisheries.
