Description:
20th July 1909. These thatched cottages, on two storeys, were located in Main Street. The one on the right, and possibly both, were used by a group of artists around the turn of the nineteenth century. They produced a Christmas Card in 1899 with a pen and ink drawing of this cottage, with the words 'From Ye Attic Abode'. They also each signed their initials in monogram style.
