View of the former Library Headquarters building at 32 York Road. At the time of the photograph this housed the Patents Information Unit and the Schools Library Service as well as the Library Administration for Leeds City Council. The Schools Library Service moved out to Becketts Park Primary School in the 1990's, the Patents Unit was later transferred to the Central Library and the building was finally vacated by the Leeds City Libraries in 2006 when Headquarters was moved to Hunslet.
