C1969. A woman studies a display of water birds from all over the world at the Leeds City Museum on the first floor of the Municipal Buildings. The photograph most likely dates from around 1969 when the museum had recently opened. The space was formerly occupied by Leeds City Police Headquarters until they moved to new premises in Westgate in 1965.
