Description: Undated.
Image showing elevated red brick terraced properties in Carlisle Terrace looking towards the junction with Ramsden Terrace. The houses are built on four storeys with bay windows and railed flights of steps leading to entrances. The attic windows are built into the decorative gabled roofs. Number 2 Ramsden Terrace can be seen on the far left and the rear of number 94 Albert Grove is built right into the corner. The next house after the corner is number 22 Carlisle Terrace and then there is a narrow passageway through to Albert Grove. The other houses seen are, from left to right, numbers 20, 18, 16 and 14. Numbers 16, 18 and 20 are back-to-back and number 14 is a through house. the photograph is thought to have been taken after 1956 as numbers 16 and 18 appear to be derelict with broken and missing windows.
