View of Market Place with the Town Hall on the left. There are usually 29 stalls on Market Day which is a Thursday. There is also a Farmer's Market based here, in operation since 2001 and held on the second Sunday in each month, except November when it is held on the 3rd Sunday. The shopper has a choice of 30 stalls selling meat, fish, vegetables and other produce.
