Description:
1996. View of Otley Branch Library when situated at no. 4 Boroughgate. A window display promotes Otley & District Talking Paper, while other windows have notices offering a fax service. This library closed at the end of 2005 and a new library opened in Nelson Street in January 2006. Just visible on the left is Suede Craft of Otley, leather goods shop.
