1996. View of Swarcliffe Library on Langbar Road, off Whinmoor Way. A notice on the wall displays the opening times of this part-time branch, open on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. In the background are two tower blocks, Ash Tree Grange and Pennwell Croft.
