Description:
2001. Image shows Broom Mills in Coal Hill Lane, Farsley Beck Bottom, in the process of demolition. The site was to become a residential development but would retain some existing mill buildings for conversion. The sign reads 'R. Gaunt & Sons Ltd'. Reuben Gaunt took over Broom Mills in 1886 and members of the Gaunt family continued the business over the years.
