Image shows Cape Mills from the parking area near Coal Hill Lane at Farsley Beck Bottom. Scaffolding is in place around the chimney as preparations were being made for its demolition. Cape Mills was well known for the manufacture of military cloth throughout the nineteenth and twentieth centuries. It was to become Cape Mills Industrial Estate.
