c1979. Image shows an interior view of the weaving shed at Broom Mills, off Coal Hill Lane, Farsley Beck Bottom. From 1886 woollen cloth was woven at Broom Mills under the ownership of Reuben Gaunt and subsequent generations of the Gaunt family. The 'F' model Northrop looms were installed around the time of the image.
