Allerton Grange School, demolition of the swimming pool
15th February 2008. View of demolition taking place on the former swimming pool at Allerton Grange School. The pool was opened on 19th July, 1966 by the then Lord Mayor of Leeds, Alderman Joshua S. Walsh. By 2009 Allerton Grange School in Talbot Avenue will have been completely rebuilt under Phase 1 of the Building School For the Future Programme.
