23rd March 2008. Close up of the pub sign for the Bingley Arms, a Grade II listed property at number 37 on the east side of Church Lane. Initials and dates are to be found on the building as thus A S ; M 1738. The sign boasts that the Bingley Arms is 'England's Oldest Inn'. The photograph was taken in the snow on Easter Sunday.
