Description:
c1900-1904. Image shows Harewood Avenue, just outside Harewood. The photographer is standing with Harewood House behind. The entrance to Gateways school is where the road runs parallel to the wall on the right. Two children can be seen on the grassed area in the middle of the road.

This view I believe is taken just outside Harewood, on Harewood Avenue loking in the direction of Collingham. Where the angled wall to the left joins the wall running with the road, is now the enterance to Gateway's school. Enterance to field on the left, just above the children is stll there today. (Visit and compare Google Earth view of Harewood.)
