Description:
c1930s. View of shops on Thorpe Street, numbered (from right) 8-12. No. 8 is Charles Henry Plows, grocer, advertised as 'Bonus Stores' then no. 10 is George W. Sherwin, fruiterer. Next to this is the junction with Thorpe Gardens, then another pair of shops at 12 - 14.
