Autumn 1981. View from Coldcotes Grove of the former Nursery Unit on the site of Wykebeck Primary School. The School had closed due to falling roll numbers and there were plans underway in 1981 to convert this building to a community centre. The conversion and equipment was to be financed by part of a £77,000 grant from the Inner City Programme of 1981. Wykebeck Primary School was situated in Coldcotes Grove.
