Description:
Autumn 1984. Posing for the camera is the new team of ministers for the Church of the Epiphany in Beech Lane. (1984). Seated, is the Reverend Stuart Burns from Nidderdale and standing, Reverend Neil Broadbent from Knaresborough. Also included in the picture is Catkin, the black cat, who moved into the vicarage with Reverend Burns. Reverend Broadbent resided at 312 Easterly Road.

Me and my wife were married here in 1984 by the Reverend Stuart Burns. He was a very pleasant and understanding man and gave us lots of confidence on the day. I always remember after the service was completed and photos were taken he was wearing his golf trousers e.t.c. under his robe ready to head of to the golf course as soon as he could. We have just celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary so all is well. My parents and my brother were also married here.
