Lynchets in a field looking towards Foundry Lane

Lynchets in a field looking towards Foundry Lane
Undated. Image shows the remains of early farming in the form of raised mounds of earth called lynchets. The lynchets are thought to date from at least the Medieval period. The view is looking towards Foundry Lane where high rise blocks of flats are visible. In the centre is Parkway Towers in Brooklands Crescent and, at the right edge, Parkway Court in Foundry Lane.
