Would really like to know what the building behind is? The only thing I can think is that is possibly the Station public house and the cricket ground was previously behind on what is now the Arndale car park. I'm probably a million miles away with this guess.

I would say that the building behind the pavilion is almost certainly the front of the Station Hotel. This seems to be an impossible location but if you look at the 1906 ordnance survey map of Crossgates it shows nothing but open fields to the west of Station Road with the railway to the South. The nearby bowling green was already established so I would think that a cricket pitch here would have been a possibility before the council estate was built. Any other ideas?
