14th March 2007. View of High Royds Psychiatric Hospital at the time of its conversion to a residential village. This shows the block which housed the Birkdale and Wooldale wards, at the side of the hospital that was originally female only. On the right, the other side of the block comprises of the Ingleborough and Whernside wards.
