Description:
14th March 2007. View of the former High Royds Hospital, formerly the West Riding Pauper Lunatic Asylum, during its conversion to a residential village. A new road has been laid out in the foreground. In the centre is a staff house once occupied by Dr. Kirwan and his family. In the background on the right are the Rigton and Lindley wards.
