Description:
Undated. Image shows the entrance to Tingley Youth and Community Centre, located in Smithy Lane, on the site of the playing fields of Blackgates Primary School. It was built in the 1960s and users include Tingley Brass Band, established in 1979. Band Members meet hear each week for rehearsals. Rascals Playgroup also operates from here.
