2000s. View shows the Leeds and Liverpool Canal at Rodley taken around 2005-2007. On the left is the Rodley Barge public house, which faces onto Town Street. A barge can be seen on the canal.

A very pleasant and relaxing rural scene, this. If you didn't know, you wouldn't imagine that it was within the boundary of a city of nearly three quarters of a million people
