Description:
c1995. Watercolour painting by Yorkshire artist, Pete Lapish, showing the Town Hall, with its clock tower and dome. To the right of the Town Hall is the junction with Calverley Street followed by the Municipal Buildings housing Leeds Central Library and part of the city Art Gallery. People are seen walking in Victoria Gardens in front of the buildings, and the main east-west thoroughfare, the Headrow, is at the left-hand side. This view looks west.
