Description:
1991. View from Shannon Street taken during the construction of Quarry House in the autumn of 1991. This government building opened in 1993 as the headquarters of the Department of Health and Social Security. Its functions are now shared by two departments based in the building, the Department of Health and the Department of Work and Pensions. Image courtesy of Louie Gill.
