Description:
30th December 1965. View of Howarth Street showing the junction with Howarth Terrace on the left. Facing the camera is no.23 Howarth Terrace, a back-to-back with no.24 Howarth Place. On the far left is the side of no.22 Howarth Terrace. To the right of the picture is Elmwood Mills, occupied by Preston Brooke & Co. Ltd., wholesale clothiers, which faces onto Elmwood Lane.
