Interior view of Kirkstall Road Tram Works, situated on the south-west side of Kirkstall Road and backing on to the River Aire. It was a large site, covering between 2 and 3 acres with sheds and workshops for engineering, electrical, car-building and car-repairing operations. The tram works was a large employer of local people.
